Kim joined DW Simpson in 2000. Prior to joining DW Simpson, Kim worked at the University of Illinois at Chicago as an Assistant Director in the Financial Aid Office.

Kim has completed her Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago in December 1998. In addition, Kim graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in Family and Social Services.

Outside of work she enjoys traveling, bicycling, shopping, cooking, and her new interest of golf.
