Tom joined On-Campus Resources in 2001 as an Assistant Manager of Client, Campus, and Candidate Relations, and moved to the DW Simpson division in 2004. Beginning in 2005, Tom began as a Co-Lead Recruiter working with Entry-level students. Currently, Tom is a Lead Recruiter working with experienced actuaries. Prior to joining On-Campus, Tom worked for 2 years as an Executive Recruiter, specializing in Information Technology.

Tom graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources in 1999, and moved to Chicago in 2000.
