Tom joined On-Campus Resources in October of 2001 as an Assistant Manager of Client, Campus, and Candidate Relations, and moved to the DW Simpson division in May of 2004. Beginning in February of 2005, Tom began as a Co-Lead Recruiter working with Entry-level students. Currently, Tom is a Lead Recruiter working with experienced actuaries. Prior to joining On-Campus, Tom worked for 2 years as an Executive Recruiter, specializing in Information Technology. Tom graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources in May of 1999, and moved to Chicago in the Spring of 2000. |
